We appreciate you considering our products and want you to be completely satisfied. 

Please read the policies below BEFORE you buy from us. Due to the sizing and weight of our products, it is highly recommended to double check the dimensions, slope, and any HOA restrictions for your backyard. Special order items are non-refundable. Any refunded items can incur a re-stocking fees and shipping is the sole responsibly of the consumer. 

Payment Terms:

Ultimate Playsets, Inc currently accepts most forms of payment. ie: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, etc. Financing is also available for those who qualify.  

Taxes:

All sales tax, excise taxes, or other forms of taxes levied against any transaction covered by these terms and conditions shall be paid by the Buyer over and above all other sums Buyer is or may become obligated to pay hereunder.

Product Availability and Pricing:

Ultimate Playsets, Inc continually upgrades and revises our products and services to provide you with the newest products and services. Ultimate Playsets, Inc may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers. Products may become unavailable to customers even after an order is placed. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Online Store:

These items are limited to in-stock items and will be made available for pick-up with a scheduled appointment.  Local deliveries are limited and may be contracted out. Any purchases made outside of our 30 mile radius (from our store) that needs installation services must call us prior to purchasing products from our store for availability and any other possible fees. We reserve the right to cancel any purchases made outside of Colorado or any zip code outside of our local mile radius. Call us for any quotes or any further questions.

This service is offer by request only. 

Product Descriptions; Pricing; Errors

Ultimate Playsets, Inc attempts to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on our sites. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other content on our sites are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. In the event of an error, whether on our sites, in an order confirmation, in processing an order or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order, and your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order.

Warranty:

Most of our manufacturer's products come with a lifetime and limited warranty. For information about these warranties, check our manufacturer's catalogs. There you will find how to register your warranty, and how to make a warranty claim, except as expressly set forth in these written warranties, Ultimate Playsets, Inc makes no other warranties for its products and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Please note: Warranties do not include labor. 

Limitation of Liability: 

In no event shall Ultimate Playsets, Inc, its directors, members, employees or agents be liable for any lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in any way connected with any purchase made on our sites. To the full extent permitted by law, Ultimate Playsets, Inc liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the purchase of products from this site. However, the foregoing limitation of liability provisions shall not apply to the extent that any claims, damages, costs or expenses are the result of Ultimate Playsets, Inc own negligence, fraud, willful injury or willful violation of law.
